About project PRIČALICE
The Pričalice project was conceived by very wise and persistent parents and one, completely confused and systematically disappointed, speech therapist who volunteered with children in Zagreb and Petrinja when their parents ran out of money, and thus without speech therapy.
The moment papers became more important than children I have decided to start this project and open my own private practice. Within this private practice, free therapy and diagnostic will be provided yearly to at least 12 children with communication and/or speech – language difficulties that are without parental care or come from socially disadvantaged families.
The main goal is to prevent social exclusion, provide support to parenthood and encourage the child to reach his potential, and thus directly affect the quality of his life.
Every child is individual, every difficulty is different, but a smile is always one curved line that makes everything straight! No one can guarantee success, but I will always guarantee a lot of gratitude, love, work, responsibility, patience, yellow jellybeans, bad speech therapist humor, colorful socks, at least three lost pens a day and a smile on my face every day!
